Marcella Winter, 85, Sauk Centre
Marcella T. "Sally" Winter, 85, of Sauk Centre died on Tuesday, July 24, at St. Michael's Nursing Home in Sauk Centre.

Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 27, at St. Paul's Catholic Church in Sauk Centre. Interment will follow in the parish cemetery.

Friends may call from 4-9 p.m. on Thursday and from 8-10:30 a.m. on Friday at the Patton-Schad Funeral Home in Sauk Centre. Parish prayers will be at 5:15 p.m. on Thursday evening at the funeral home in Sauk Centre, followed by Christian Mothers at 7 p.m.

Sally and her husband, Richard W. Winter, farmed near Spring Hill on his home farm for five years. In 1946, they moved to a farm near Sauk Centre.

Survivors include six children, Donna (Robert) Hoeschen of Freeport, Lawrence "Larry" B. (Rosie) Winter of Sauk Centre, Gerald "Jerry" (Marge) Winter of Foley, Richard "Dick" Jr. (Kathy) Winter of St. Cloud, Judith "Judy" (Delbert) Doubrava of Sauk Centre, and Dennis (Nancy) Winter of Sauk Centre; 26 grandchildren; 30 great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren; and a sister, Bernadine Weisser of Sartell.

Joseph E. Moser, 46, of Paynesville, died unexpectedly on Monday, Aug. 6, at the St. Cloud Hospital. Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 10, at St. Louis Catholic Church in Paynesville. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Visitation will be on Thursday, Aug. 9, from 4-8 p.m. at St. Louis Catholic Church in Paynesville where there will be a rosary at 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. and parish prayer service. Visitation will continue on Friday morning for one hour prior to the services.

Elva Moll, 87, New Ulm
Elva V. (Bellig) Moll, 87, of New Ulm, died on Wednesday, July 18, at Oak Hills Living Center in New Ulm.

Service will be held at Faith United Methodist Church in Sleepy Eye on Saturday, July 21, at 11 a.m. Interment will take place in the Home Cemetery in Sleepy Eye.

Visitation will be at Sturm Funeral Home in Sleepy Eye on Friday from 4-7 p.m. and on Saturday from 10-11 a.m. at the church. E-mail condolences may be sent to the family via www.sturmfh.com.

Survivors include her husband, Eldred of Sleepy Eye; daughter, Neoma Peterson of North Mankato; twin sons, Dean (Carla) of Sleepy Eye and Donn (Gail) of Moraga, Calif.; eight grandchildren; eleven great-grandchildren; and a sister, Marjorie Kramer of Sleepy Eye.
