Junior golfers go to state...

Two teams from the Koronis Hills Golf Club competed
in the state junior Minnesota Golf Association tournament
at the LeSueur Country Club on Monday, Aug. 1, and
Tuesday, Aug. 2. Competing on the boy's team were:
(left to right) Ross Barten, Zach Fuchs, Mitchell Mackedanz,
and (not pictured) Justin Bork. Marissa Mackedanz (right)
competed on the girl's team with (not pictured) Megan Star,
a summer resident of Lake Koronis. After winning their regional
tournament, the boys came in last at state, while the girls -
who took 2nd at regions - tied for 10th of 14 teams.
