Girls golf is in fourth place in the conference

On Thursday, May 1, the girls varsity golf team headed to Albany for their third conference meet of the season.

Despite the rough conditions of many fairways and greens, the girls stayed pretty consistent and finished in fourth place.

So far, the girls are tied for fourth place in their conference with three WCC meets left.

Paynesville Tournament
On Saturday, May 3, the girls had their annual 18-hole tournament at Koronis Hills Golf Course.

Unbearable winds caused a decline in the girl's spirits, but despite the poor weather the girls finished second at the tournament, defeating Willmar.

The girl's next meet is a conference meet in Long Prairie on May 5.
