The Paynesville Area Elementary School students raised $11,693
for the American Heart Association through the Jump Rope for Heart program.
On Thursday afternoon, more than 318 students in grades one through five
jumped rope in the high school gym. The students took turns jumping rope
on the floor. They jumped with their friends and teachers.
Even some of parents took part in the event.
