Wrestlers announce awards, broken records

The Bulldogs concluded their season with the annual postseason banquet at Hill Top Restaurant. There were many awards given and records that were broken this year, which are listed below.

Lee Hiltner - Most Valuable Wrestler; Greg Schwartz-Memorial Scholarship; Dahl/Schwartz-Top Contribution to Football and Wrestling;
Jeremy Reiter - Most Aggressive;
Tim Roberg - Positive Attitude;
Jesse Spates - Hardest Worker;
Zach Welle - Most Aggressive; David Bast- Memorial Award;
Ryan Glenz - JV Positive Attitude;
Jona Welle - JV Hardest Worker;
Justin Mueller - JV Most Valuable;
Bobby Braun - Jr. High Most Aggressive;
Chris Sogge - JV Most Aggressive;
Joey Hiltner - Jr. High Most Valuable;
Nick Fuchs - Jr. High Most Positive Attitude;
Josh Schreifels - Jr. High Most Positive Attitude;
Nathan Glenz - Jr. High Hardest Worker.

Records broken:
Tim Roberg broke the Career Bonus Points record;
Lee Hiltner, Zach Welle, Tim Roberg and Chris Welle all broke the season dual points record;
Tim Roberg and Lee Hiltner broke the career dual points record;
The team broke the team dual points record;
The team broke the team match points record;
Jeremy Reiter broke the season takedown record;
Jeremy Reiter and Jesse Spates broke the career takedown record;
The team broke the team takedown record;
Andy Heinen broke the season escape record;
Andy Heinen, Jeremy Reiter, Karl Sanborn, and Jesse Spates all broke the career escapes record;
The team broke the team escapes record.
