Youth hockey wins another game

Goaltender Matt Schoen recorded his second shutout in a row and Jamie Paul scored three goals or more for the third straight game as the PNLS Squirts dominated Monticello.

Derek Looman started off the scoring for the Squirts with a goal in the first period. Ross Barten finished with a goal in the third period.

Paynesville/New London-Spicer Squirts have a 3-0 record.

The team will host Crow River #2 team at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Dec. 12 at the Paynesville Civic Arena.
