Due to the flu outbreak at the high school, the team danced with only nine of its usual 16 dancers.
The dance team is now taking time off from performances to work on a new routine for state competition, which will be on Feb. 21 at the St. Paul Civic Center.
Their next local performance will be Tuesday, Feb. 3, at a home boys basketball game. On Feb. 12, they will have a dual meet against Cathedral during the boys basketball game, also against Cathedral.
