The Farmington tournament, on Saturday, Jan. 10, is one tournament all the team enjoys. The day was pretty good for the Bulldogs as they won their first three matches.

The first team Paynesville wrestled was Eastview. The Bulldogs won that match easily, with the final score being 66-6.

The second match was very similar, the team wrestled Farmington and won 47-13.

In the third round of the day, the team wrestled Rochester John Marshall. This match, since it was the semi-final match, proved to be tougher than the first two. The Bulldogs still took care of their opponent pretty easily, with the final score of 38-22.

In the championship game, the Bulldogs faced very tough competition. They had to wrestle against a respectable rival, St. Michael-Albertville (STMA). The Bulldogs finished that match 15 points behind STMA but the Bulldogs still finished second.
