Joel Fenske named All-American

Joel Fenske, Paynesville, a junior at the University of South Dakota-Vermillion, was named All-American after placing 16th out of 130 in the 10K race at the National Cross Country meet in Arcata, Calif. with a time of 32:24.8. He is the son of Pat and Dallas Fenske, Paynesville.
