Jim Mages, a 1997 graduate of Paynesville Area High School, is a member of the University of Minnesota-Crookston football team this fall. The 6' 3Ó senior plays on the defensive line for Golden Eagles. The University of Minnesota-Crookston is a participant in the NCAA Division II and is a member of the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference (NSIC).
