Royalton beat Holdingford twice on Sunday to win the tournament.

Paynesville led 4-0 against Sebeka after scoring four runs in the bottom of the third. Trent Hansen hit an RBI double, Shane Kampsen drew a bases-loaded walk, and Sam Bayer hit a two-run single in the inning for Paynesville.

Sebeka, though, cut the lead to 4-2 after five innings and tied the game with a two-run homer in the sixth. They scored three runs in the seventh inning to win 7-4.

Paynesville surrended 12 runs in the second inning against Howard Lake in their next game at Dick Putz Field on Thursday afternoon. Howard Lake had taken a 1-0 lead in the first inning, but Paynesville had tied the score 1-1 on an RBI double by Ryan Hess in the bottom of the first. Howard Lake, though, sent 18 batters to the plate in the second inning, scoring 12 runs against three Paynesville pitchers.

This loss ended Paynesville's season with a record of 7-11.
