Deyaks win couples tournament at Koronis Hills

Brad and Sally Deyak won the couples tournament at Koronis Hills Golf Club on Sunday by shooting a net 67 for 18 holes. Trailing by one stroke were Steve and Cindy Fuchs with a net score of 68. Thirteen couples competed in the tournament, which featured six holes of best ball, six holes of scramble, and six holes of alternate shot.
In a tie for third at 71 were Tom and Carol Ramler and Curt and Jody Mottinger. Lee and Denise Landsteiner were fifth at 72, and Mickey and Curly Braun were sixth at 74. Tied at 75 for seventh were Brad and Debbie Glenz and Paul and Judy Lieser.
The four-person scramble at Koronis Hills will be next Sunday, Aug. 2. Sign up by Friday.
