By Andy Jones

Koronis Hills Golf Club held its annual Shortstop Tournament on Sunday, June 23, with over 80 golfers competing.

Dave Carothers won the championship flight by four strokes, shooting a two-under-par 33 to end the tournament. Carothers, who is from the Twin Cities, shot even par over 27 holes for the tournament.

In the championship flight, the 49 players played 27 holes, starting with the back nine, then playing the front nine, and then finishing with the back nine again.

Tom Heinen and Dave Cameron tied for second place.
