The team, based out of St. Cloud, won 12 games without ever needing a third game in a match. The team took first place in Class CC for the state tournament. Each member received a plaque, and the team received a plaque as well.
Katrina Orbeck served as the team's line judge for all the games.
Melissa Orbeck is a 1995 graduate of Paynesville Area High School. Melissa and Katrina are the daughters of Ralph and Dawn Orbeck.
