Ann Winge Johnson, Paynesville Area Jaycees president, received the presidential medallion from Kelly Bevans, state president. Only four medallions were awarded at the Fall All-State Jaycee/Ten Outstanding Young Minnesotans Convention, Sept. 11 to 13, at Jackpot Junction, Morton. The Paynesville Area Jaycees also received a silver award in the Performer’s Club placing them in the top 20 of the top 30 chapters in the state; President’s Club, for adding one member each month and meeting other requirements and the Blue Chip Award for completing a Blue Chip form.
