Voss, a PHCC member for 16 years, has consistently taken a leadership position in PHCC government affairs. Over the years, he has spent countless hours in the legislative arena working for the betterment of contractors and the plumbing-heating-cooling industry.
During the 1999 legislative session, Voss was instrumental in PHCC's efforts of achieving passage of a statewide study of plumbing licensure and inspection in Minnesota. Voss was a driving force behind securing sponsors in the House and Senate and assisting in securing the necessary support from the Minnesota Department of Health.
Voss Plumbing and Heating employs more than 10 individuals, does residential, remodeling, and commercial work throughout central Minnesota. Voss has spent four years on the executive committee of the association and is currently serving as state president.
