Sen. Norm Coleman visits Paynesville

U.S. Senator Norm Coleman at the Koronis manor Senator Norm Coleman (R-St. Paul) visited Paynesville on Friday morning. Coleman, the former mayor of St. Paul who was elected to the Senate in 2002, arrived by jet at the airport, toured the Paynesville Area Health Care System and spoke briefly to a group of 30 at the hospital.

Coleman walked through 700 Stearns Place, greeted residents of the Koronis Manor during lunch (picture at right), and toured the clinic and hospital.

Coleman came to Paynesville to campaign for Jim DeRose (R-Richmond), a candidate for the Minnesota House in District 14B.
