Kruger and Schmidt have also joined the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors. This association will allow them to offer a broad selection of property and services through the Multiple Listing Service and on the Internet.
"We are very excited about starting our new venture in real estate sales. Helping individuals with one of life's major decisions has long been a goal of ours. Whether it is buying or selling property, we would like to make the process as stress-free as possible," Schmidt said.
"The designation of realtor was important to us," Kruger added. "It really gives us an advantage over nonmembers of the St. Cloud Area Association of Realtors, because we can work more effectively with buyers and sellers using a collaborative effort and spirit."
"Working with nonmember agencies can be difficult. Agencies who use an uncooperative marketing practice do a disservice to clients. We are looking forward to working on an accommodating and cooperative basis for our clients, they said.
