Regal rejects Sunday liquor

Last week, the voters in the city of Regal rejected Sunday liquor, 16 to 13, for the second time this year.

Voters went to the polls on Tuesday, July 6, to decide whether local businesses could offer liquor on Sunday. Out of a total of 33 possible voters registered in the last geneal election, 29 voters went to the polls in Regal. In January, voters rejected the issue on a 14-11 vote.
