Lake Henry Implement receives award

Lake Henry Implement receiving award Lake Henry Implement, Inc., was recently recognized by AGCO Corporation for superior achievement upon completion of its continuous improvement program.

Joe Bridges of AGCO, a manufacturer and distributor of agricultural equipment, presented Lake Henry Implement with a Silver Medallion Dealer's plaque, a merchandise/travel certificate, and a financial award as recognition for their excellence in the program

"We were just doing what was needed, normal improvements as necessary to improve services and facility," said Dick Frieler, owner of Lake Henry Implement. "We strive for good customer service," he added.

The program evaluates dealers' performance in areas such as sales, parts, service certification, advertising, training, overall facility, and signage with the ultimate goal of improving customer satisfaction.

Lake Henry Implement was recognized with its exemplary efforts to excel in these standards of dedication and determination.

Randy Hoffman, vice president of AGCO marketing, said "Very few dealers achieve this high level of recognition. Lake Henry Implement has been judged by AGCO to be among this elite group of dealers. We are proud of the commitment Lake Henry Imple-ment has made to its customers and to AGCO and congratulate them on their accomplishment."
