The boat parade on Rice Lake will be held on Saturday, July 2, with boats assembling in the bay by Morningstar Resort at 4 p.m. for registration. The parade will begin at 4:30 p.m. going in a clockwise direction around the lake. Prizes - to be awarded at the Rice Lake Association's annual picnic on Saturday, July 16 - are $25 and a traveling trophy for first place; $20 for second place; and $15 for third.
