Queenan, who has been in the grocery business since the 1970s, recently signed on as the store's new produce manager. He will be responsible for ordering and preparing produce. He also creates produce displays and makes sure his customers get high-quality, fresh fruits and vegetables.

Since beginning his job in mid-May, Queenan has enjoyed getting to know his co-workers and his customers. Everyone, he said, has made him feel at home.

Queenan lives in New London with his wife, Jan, who works in Willmar. The couple has two daughters.

Queenan enjoys several outdoor hobbies, but he is a self-proclaimed golf fanatic and plays every chance he gets.
