Nine girls vying for Miss Paynesville

Melissa Schneider...
Melissa, 18, is the daughter of Mike and Vicki Schneider. She has been involved in marching and jazz band, pops choir, and mixed choir.
Her hobbies include swimming, shopping, babysitting, singing, running, and walking.
She will be singing a solo during the talent portion of the pageant, and her sponsor is Stang Precision.



Lynn Stoneburner...
Lynn, 17, is the daughter of Robert and Jane Stoneburner. She has been involved in choir, National Honor Society, volleyball, golf, choir, jazz, pep and marching band, letterwinners, her church youth group, and youth representative to staff/parish relations committee at Grace United Methodist Church.
Her hobbies include golfing, sailing, canoeing, swimming, skiing, working, playing tennis, playing the piano, and relaxing with her family and friends.
She will be performing a trumpet solo during the talent portion of the pageant, and her sponsor is Tuck’s Cafe.

Sene Binsfeld...
Sene, 18, is the daughter of Harold and Janice Binsfeld. She has been involved in Girl Scouts, National Honor Society, German Club, marching, concert, pep and jazz band, choir, Girls State, letterwinners club, Sunday school teacher, office aide, religion teacher aide, youth representative for church council, and nursery worker.
Her hobbies include playing the trumpet, singing in the choir, reading, camping, biking, rollerblading, traveling, listening to music, hiking, going to plays, and movies.
She will be performing a trumpet solo during the talent portion of the pageant, and her sponsor is Ben Franklin.

Amanda Christian...
Amanda, 18, is the daughter of Mike and Monica Christian. She has been involved in Girl Scouts, peer helpers, peer tutors, yearbook, Bark staff, Prairie Fire Children’s Theater, German Club, bowling league, karate, concert, and marching band and color guard, church choir, and volunteering for missions.
Her hobbies include reading, running, shopping, rollerblading, spending time with family and friends, playing piano, collecting blue glass, tennis, baking, and taking naps.
She will be performing a piano/vocal solo as her talent portion of the pageant and her sponsor is Piano’s Plus.

Mackenzie Merrill...
Mackenzie, 16, is the daughter of John and Sheila Merrill. She has been involved in All-State Orchestra, jazz and marching band, volleyball, golf, treble and pops choir, student council, community advisory board, drama, Target Leadership, and National Honor Society.
Her hobbies include golf, skiing, swimming, leading singing, listening to and making music, and performing with On Call.
She will be performing a piano solo during the talent portion of the pageant and her sponsor is Mueller Wood Products.

Stephanie Rohe...
Stephanie, 16, is the daughter of Mary and Brian Fowler and Donny Rohe. She has been involved in DECA.
Her hobbies include painting ceramics, crafts and horses.
She will be performing a piano solo as her talent portion of the pageant and her sponsor is Golden Insurance Company.

Stacy Jones...
Stacy, 18, is the daughter of Donald and Barbara Jones. She has been involved in FLA, VICA, Bark staff, choir, cheerleading, Crystal Hills Missionette group, Special Olympics volunteer, and serves on her church board.
Her hobbies include singing, camping, canoeing, reading, and anything outdoors, especially with animals.
She will be performing a vocal solo as her talent portion of the pageant and her sponsor is Paynesville Excavating.


Angie Lahr...
Angie, 17, is the daughter of Richard Lahr and Luan Quaal. She has been involved in student council, marching band, letter winners club, and cheerleading.
Her hobbies include walking, being outside and helping on family farm, singing, and being with friends and family.
She will be performing a skit/vocal solo as her talent portion of the pageant and her sponsor is Corner Floral.

Valerie Meyer...
Valerie, 18, is the daughter of Thomas and Karen Meyer. She has been involved in FLA, German Club, On Call, Backstage, Willmar Community Band, drama, speech, choir and pops choir, concert and marching band, and volunteer at Special Olympics, Catholic Charities, and church youth group.
Her hobbies include rollerblading, hanging out with friends, art, and reading outside on sunny days.
She will be performing a vocal solo as her talent portion of the pageant and her sponsor is Dairy Queen.
