The Stearns County Sheriff's Department is investigating an incident wherein Novicky and Still allegedly lured a real estate agent to their home under false pretenses and then attempted to kidnap her at gunpoint. The female real estate agent was able to escape and to flee the scene. She was able to notify a nearby neighbor, who called the sheriff's department.

Novicky is a white male, 6' 2Ó, and 190 pounds. Still is 5' 8Ó, 200 pounds, and has brown eyes.

Novicky has previous convictions for kidnapping, making terroristic threats, escaping custody, and for theft and forgery.

They should be considered armed and dangerous, according to the sheriff's department. If seen, contact local law enforcement immediately.

A FBI task force is helping with the search, according to the sheriff's department.
