Nominations sought for service award

The Paynesville Human Rights Commission is taking nominations for its annual Ruth Aulick Award.

The award - named for the founder of the Paynesville Community Service Center, the local food shelf - recognizes community service in the Paynesville area.

Applications are available at city hall. The deadline for nominations is Monday, May 20.

The award is announced during Town and Country Days.
