Massage therapists join clinic

Ruth Wiechmann, a certified massage therapist, and Angie Ahrens, a massage therapist extern, have joined the staff at the Paynesville Chiropractic Clinic.

massage therapist Wiechmann attended a two-year program at the Sister Rosalind Gefre School of Massage Therapy and has completed over 750 hours of training. She has been practicing in St. Cloud for one year.

She will continue working in St. Cloud while working at Paynesville Chiropractic Clinic on Tuesdays and Thursdays. She will offer evening massages by appointment only.

Her massage therapy includes deep tissue work, reflexology, acupressure, myofascial release, and hot stone massage.

Wiechmann lives in New Munich with her husband and three children.

Ahrens, a 2002 PAHS graduate, is attending the Minnesota School of Business in St. Cloud, a ten-month program, and will be completing her 25-hour externship at Paynesville Chiropractic Clinic. She will offer deep tissue and Swedish massage.

Ahrens is also an EMT for the Paynesville Area Ambulance and works as a home health aide for Lake Region Home Health.
