The purpose of the award is to honor seniors at Paynesville Area High School for their volunteer service work in the school and community.
Binsfeld is the daughter of Harold and Jan Binsfeld, Paynesville. She is a member of the National Honor Society, letter club, yearbook, was a Girls State delegate and plays in the band and jazz band.
Outside of school, she is a eucharistic minister at her church, lector for weekend masses, religious education substitute teacher, works with Vacation Bible School, is a peer tutor and peer helper. In her free time, she can be found working at Ben Franklin, reading and spending time with her friends.
Mary Frieler is the daughter of Steve and Jane Frieler, rural Paynesville. She is secretary of the student council, member of the National Honor Society and Business Professionals of America, was a Girls State alternate, plays in the band and jazz band.
Outside of school she is a religious education teacher, lector for weekend masses, eucharistic minister, peer tutor and peer helper leader. In her free time she works at Pilgrim Inn, enjoys watching movies and spending time with her friends.
