will be accepted by the City of Paynesville Fire Department, 221 Washburne Ave., Paynesville, MN 56362, until 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Paynesville City Hall. The bids will opened and read aloud at 11:00 a.m. that same day. The successful bidder will be responsible for all costs associated with picking up the equipment. The equipment is sold as is and no warranties are expressed or implied. The three items must be bid on separately.

Bids shall be directed to the Paynesville Fire Department in a securely sealed envelope and endorsed upon the outside wrapper, "BID FOR Motorola Minitor III", or "BID FOR Motorola Minitor II", or "BID FOR MSA Ranger SCBA's".

The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities, and informalities therein and to award the bid in the best interest of the City.
